Android phone

  1. Open work.connecttoindia.net in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install now above. If you don’t see it, tap the ⋮ menu → Install app (or Add to Home screen).
  3. Tap Install. The CTI Work icon appears on your home screen.

iPhone

  1. Open work.connecttoindia.net in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow ↑).
  3. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Computer

  1. Open the CRM in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click the install icon ⊕ at the right end of the address bar, or Install now above.
  3. CTI Work opens in its own window and gets a desktop icon.

The app always shows live data, so it needs the internet. Updates arrive by themselves — there is nothing to update by hand. Go to sign in
